Role Summary

 We’re looking for a RTB QA Lead for our ITSD DEPARTMENT to join QA team. 

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the SMBC QA team as a RTB QA Lead  with PTTR experience. This role is 100% hands on and will be expected to carry out dual hatting role of manual testing and RTB QA Lead role in the RTB team.

The candidate will be required to carry out RTB functional testing, product enhancement testing as well as assisting with automation of RTB regression packs.

  

Summary of role:

1) Leading the RTB testing in the QA team covering project regression support, PTTR testing, monthly RTB platform testing as well as upgrade testing

2) Manage test environments for RTB testing, Manage RTB QA weekly meeting

Essentials of the Role:

1) Excellent detailed knowledge of MIFID, EMIR Refit, UKMIR and Refit mandatory, CFTC and SFTR experience

2) Demonstrated understanding and delivery, including migration, Transaction Reporting projects or remediation relating to Financial Services

Candidate requirements:

1) A science/computer science/engineering/mathematics degree.

2) ISTQB foundation certification (minimum)

3) Knowledge of software for use in project life cycles, e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite.

4) Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point, and SQL

The QA role will focus on these areas:

 

  • Lead RTB testing
  • Post Trade and Transaction Reporting Testing
  • Prudential Reporting Testing
  • Business analysis of story requirements
  • Test Environment and Test Data Management
  • Bug Management, Result Tracking and Reporting
  • Manage the relationships within the RTB projects
  • Coordinate Gloss and SRG upgrade testing
  • Ensure regression packs are up to date in XRAY
  • Produce test reports to track RTB progress
