FX Customer Sales Dealer of Treasury Marketing Team Paris

We are looking for an FX Customer Sales Dealer to join our Treasury Marketing Team in Paris. In this role, you will support the Team Leader and contribute to enhancing business and marketing activities within the Sales & Trading environment. You will play a key part in executing FX transactions, developing client relationships, and supporting daily operations.

Position Description

• Execute FX transactions within your area of expertise, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the Team Leader in driving business development and marketing initiatives.
• Assist the Paris team with daily activities, providing backup and operational support.
• Understand client needs, negotiate and execute trades for corporate and institutional clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal marketing officers.
• Participate in business promotion meetings within the Marketing Department.
• Collaborate with other teams across the Group to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks related to team operations.
• Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid knowledge of FX derivatives markets and experience in executing customer transactions.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and client needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to complying with all rules, policies, guidelines, operations and procedure established in the bank 
• Ability and willingness to work in a small team
