Position Description
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with invoices and expense claims received, i.e. plausibility checks, interaction with Frankfurt departments and Düsseldorf payment teams
• Support team head with
o administration and coordination of building maintenance works,
o supplier handling,
o ordering and control of general office supplies, stationary, beverages etc.
o visitor handling
o access pass administration
o administration of important documents
o performing In-Office Inspections
o expatriates’ onboarding tasks
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Experience in reception services or general assistance required
• Ideally experience with Office Management
• Commercial apprenticeship
• Good German and English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General technical understanding
• Hands-on mentality, open eyes and approachable
• Proactive Team player with an open mind-set and good communication skills
• Reliable, flexible and service-oriented
