Role Summary

 We’re looking for an Oracle EPM Product Owner with strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP for our Finance IT department to join our team. 

This position serves as the key functional support and product owner for Oracle EPM  for SMBC EU AG/SMBC BI offices. Responsible for implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining the bank’s Oracle financial application systems to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity as well as provide functional support to end users. 

This job also requires knowledge of Oracle ERP (Cloud) .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Alignment:  Collaborates with EU business stakeholders for Finance requirements to translate into system specification with hands on design and configuration, user training and BAU support.
  • Proven experience with leading the delivery of Oracle EPM modules (e.g FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPBCS etc) with deep understanding of EPM processes like financial planning & consolidation. Sound experience on ERP is critical that supplements EPM modules
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for performance monitoring and decision support.

For you to succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Strong 15 years plus experience of ERP/EPM of which about considerable experience working on Oracle Financials in Finance organizations, typically banking sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of full life cycle implementation and hands on knowledge for Oracle ERP/EPM
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principle & processes, record-to-report and internal controls with knowledge of Oracle financial tables and querying using SQL 

Business Area

Finance IT EMEA  resides under ITSD - Cross Products Platforms Department.  Finance IT delivers IT solutions and services to all EMEA legal entities and branches. We use Oracle Financials applications and in-house platforms to support business functions. Book Of Work comprises of strategic platform architecture and regulatory initiatives.

 

Position Description

This is an Oracle EPM Product Owner role, responsible for delivery and contributing to manage a Centre of Excellence (COE) in Oracle Financial (EBS / ERP) Technology Platform, supporting EMEA Finance technology Book of Work. The successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with both business and technical teams and have strong communication skills.

Oracle EPM Cloud Certification

Oracle ERP Cloud Certification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
