We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Manager to bring pace, control, and clarity to a high-volume portfolio of work. Partnering directly with the Head of Infrastructure, you’ll drive visibility across priorities, strengthen governance, and keep delivery on track—playing a key role in ensuring the function operates seamlessly and delivers real impact.

  • Collate and maintain an accurate view of domain headcount including vacancies, new joiners, leavers and contractor population and organisational structure.
  • Produce regular workforce reporting and insight to support resource planning, organisational decision-making and budget alignment.

Onboarding & Team Enablement

  • Support the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated induction experience across access, equipment, team integration and key documentation.
