Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Security Access and Governance Administrator for our IT & Security Department to join our team.
This role forms a key part of the Security Administration, Governance Risk & Compliance Team, supporting the Identity and access management function, secondarily supporting the GRC team and the CISO in delivery of high-quality governance reporting and access administration.
Support the security administration manager in the access management and recertification of over 500+ application managed by global team of Security Administrators.
Supports the Security GRC team in the governance and administration of the Information Security function.
Supports the Security GRC team with audit points, risk, and regulatory request tracking
Requirements:
Knowledge of processes around Identity & Access Management for both business and IT with a strong understanding of security administration and access management.
Good experience in data analysis.
Good Knowledge of MS Office suite applications.

Position Description
Support the day-to-day provisioning and activities of the Security Administration team in London
Liaise with administration teams in North America and Tralee to facilitate the processing of access requests, reviews, and audits.
Initiate and monitor scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of application and restricted folder access.
Participate in the implementation of controls and risk management software solutions; develop skills to administer and support deployed solutions
Support and coordinate the reporting requirements for the combined SMBC BI and SMBC Nikko Security function
Supports the collation of updates on management control actions to achieve target maturity levels against key regulator (e.g., FCA, PRA, EBA) cyber resilience expectations.
Liaise with audit action owners to track completion of actions, support the collation of evidence during audit engagements.
Coordinates the Security and Cyber Resilience Committees, including minutes and actions arising from the committees, the preparation of Security Performance Dashboards, and tracking of improvements
Work with the North America and Ireland Security Teams to coordinate GRC approaches and improvements to security administration, documentation, controls assessments and management information
Consistently look for improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of Information Security administration and governance reporting
