Is the next step in your career at SMBC? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! 

Business Area

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract top talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage job postings, and maintain recruitment systems

Position Description

About this role:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring teams across multiple time zones
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status changes
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency and alignment with our employment brand
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and managers throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing offer letters and coordinating pre-employment communication
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline health
  • Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.

 

What will you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
