We’re looking for a PMO Analyst (Associate) for our CMG Team to join our team in Frankfurt.
As a PMO Analyst, you will support the delivery of complex, cross‑regional change initiatives by providing structured project coordination, analysis, and documentation.
You will play a key role in facilitating programme governance, driving high‑quality reporting, and supporting project managers across strategic and regulatory projects.
Essentials of the Role
- Support project and programme managers with planning, reporting, documentation, and governance activities.
- Perform analysis and produce accurate project artefacts to help monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate communication and administrative activities across multi‑disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree‑educated with strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional mindset with excellent communication skills and proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ideally with some experience in financial services or a relevant industry placement.
Position Description
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
This is an entry level role for a well-qualified, confident graduate with some work experience and involves the following:
- Must operate across a broad range of technical/complex subject matter
- Project length can range from 6months - 5 years in duration
- Work alongside a wide variety of corporate grades across EMEA offices
- Attends SteerCos where they interface with C-level project sponsors and multiple GMs
- May be involved in several programmes, projects or change initiatives
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within the agreed timeframe
- Must self-manage day-to-day and all assigned tasks
- Provide ad hoc support to programme/project manager
- Responsible for supporting project processes and governance
- Responsible for analysis required by the project and producing accurate documentation
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Education & Qualifications
- The role requires the candidate to be educated to degree level – eg a banking and finance, science, computer science or degree that increases analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking
Experience & Knowledge
- Ideally minimum of a year working in financial services or a year-long industrial placement during university
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Must be detail orientated, organised, analytical and inquisitive
- Evidence of effective communication skills both written and verbal including presentations
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential
- Evidence of innovative thinking and able to work under supervision
- Practical and willing to take responsibility to ensure objectives are achieved
- Good time management – must be able to work to deadlines
