We're looking for a Corporate Finance Solutions Intern for our Corporate Finance & Solutions Services (CF&SS) Department to join our team in Frankfurt in October 2026.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate finance advisory within an international banking environment. Working alongside experienced bankers across EMEA, you will contribute to client-facing projects, corporate finance analysis, and business origination activities, while developing a broad understanding of financing solutions, capital structure advisory, credit ratings, and risk management topics.
About this role
The Corporate Finance & Solutions Services (CF&SS) team is a business origination function that delivers corporate finance advisory and analytical support to corporate clients across EMEA. Working closely with relationship bankers and product specialists globally, the team helps clients evaluate financing strategies, capital structures, credit ratings, and broader corporate finance opportunities.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior bankers in the preparation of corporate finance analysis, including credit ratings assessments, debt capacity analysis, capital structure reviews, and risk management topics
- Conducting industry, market, and peer analysis to support client advisory activities and business development initiatives
- Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, marketing materials, and other customer-facing documents
- Gathering, analysing, and validating financial and business data to support corporate finance recommendations
- Collaborating with relationship banking and product teams across EMEA to obtain inputs and support client deliverables
- Performing targeted research and administrative support activities related to client assignments and business origination
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
Profile Description
For you to succeed in thos role
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Good understanding of corporate finance principles, including financial statement analysis, capital structure concepts, and corporate financing solutions
- Experience building or working with financial models, including analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desirable
- Exposure to corporate finance, investment banking, corporate banking, consulting, or related analytical environments through internships, academic projects, or previous experience
- Basic knowledge of credit ratings methodologies, debt capital markets, risk management products, or corporate financing structures
- Familiarity with financial databases or analytical research tools
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous
