Position Description

This role covers mainly the expense analysis for EU AG.

Reporting

• Monthly preparation of expense reporting for EU AG

Expenses, SLA

• Support preparation of the expense forecasts for EU AG’s Multi Year Plan
• Support monthly analysis and review of expenses and reporting to the management and departments
• Expense forecasts and tracking
• Preparation of accruals and invoices for SLA service, review of incoming intercompany invoices
• SLA management
• Tracking of project related expenses (Project Controlling)

General Administration

• Preparation and regular review of procedure manuals
• Contact person for the different departments for all questions arising from the above-mentioned activities
• Any other tasks assigned by Head of Management Reporting & Product Control or Head of Finance.

Skills, qualifications & experiences rerquested for this position:

• Min 5 years experience in an accounting / finance role within a financial institution
• Accountant or educated to bachelor / master level as a plus
• Be able to understand complex concepts, challenge them and provide explanations in a clear and precise way
• Strong Analytical, numerical and IT skills
• Proven track record in building relationships (both internal and external) as well as demonstrating and promoting team spirit
• Be able to work independently
• Demonstration of SMBC values

Language skills:
English: business fluent
