Role
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst for our Procurement Operations Function to join our team.
This role supports the remediation of software contracts within the procurement function, working closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) and Legal teams.
- Assist in the review and remediation of software contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and licensing requirements.
- Support the identification of contractual gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
- Liaise with the Software Asset Management team to align contract terms.
- Knowledge of Coupa: Familiarity with Coupa Procurement software for managing contracts, suppliers, and purchasing workflows.
- Basic understanding of software licensing models: Ability to recognise different types of software agreements and usage rights.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reviewing contracts and tracking remediation activities.
Business Area
The Third-Party Management team are responsible for Third Party Risk Management and Procurement activities as a 1 Line of defence function.
