Role Summary

We're looking for a Loan IQ Application Support Associate (Assistance Vice President) to assist with  the day-to-day support and maintenance of the Loan IQ platform. To achieve this, the role involves the delivery of activities such as:

  • Supporting users across loan operations.
  • Working closely with senior team members to resolve issues.
  • Documenting incidents and resolutions by logging cases in JIRA, SNOW or similar
  • Monitoring system performance.
  • Participating in testing activities.
  • The role requires a foundational experience in financial systems and a strong interest in loan servicing technology.

Business Area

Loan IQ provides loan booking and servicing functionality across the three product pillars (Loans, Trade Finance and Leasing Finance) offered by each of the front office pillars. 

Lending makes up c.60% of EMEA gross profit, contributing c.$1.2bn pa.

Engaging with IT and non-IT colleagues at all levels in EMEA is key to being successful in this role.

Engaging with external vendors in a confident manner is key to being successful in this role.

Position Description

Provide Level 1/2 support for Loan IQ (including issue logging, initial troubleshooting and escalation).

Assist in monitoring system health and performance metrics.

Support end users with functional queries and basic technical issues.

Document incidents, resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

Participate in testing activities for upgrades, patches and new features.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and system workflows.

Help maintain system configurations and user access controls
