Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports the Accounting Department by providing administrative, organizational, and clerical assistance to ensure efficient financial operations. The role involves managing financial documentation, supporting accounting processes, maintaining records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Accounting team.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.

Data Management

  • Enter financial and administrative data accurately into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  • Update databases and tracking tools.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support document retention and archiving activities.

Compliance and Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Business Area

Position Description

what we value:
Secondary education or equivalent; administrative or accounting qualification preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance or accounting environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
