Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a AVP for our CBD1 to join our team.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
This role is to support the development of business promotion for Japanese corporate banking business within Amsterdam branch, through conducting KYC and/or offering support towards daily transactions such as loans, deposits etc.
3 ESSENTIALS OF THE ROLE
(1) To support Marketing Officer/s at CBD1 Amsterdam in order to develop business relationship with our Japanese corporate customers.
(2) To conduct KYC related work for new / existing customers at Amsterdam branch.
(3) To support daily transaction such as loans, deposits and inward / outward remittances etc., for our customers.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
(1) Strong communication skills as there are many opportunities to communicate with internal / external stakeholders across the region.
(2) Sufficient experience within the areas of KYC including knowledge of regulations, sanctions etc.
(3) Team worker type of personality

Position Description
CBD1 Amsterdam is looking after Japanese corporate customers within the Netherlands and Scandinavia where we provide general banking services such as loans, deposits etc. This new role is required to support our Marketing Officer/s in order to achieve the object through providing any support in relation to KYC, Transaction management.
