Role Summary
The AFC Manager Regulatory Change & Business Advisory will manage compliance efforts relating to emerging regulations as experienced senior subject matter expert within the Bank’s AML Compliance function.

Position Description
Support the Head of FCA and (D)MLRO with the following tasks
- Participate as an SME at the Implementation of regulatory changes into current policies, local standards and procedures liaising with MLROs, Financial Crime Middle Office, Front Office and Senior Management, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as Deputy Team Head
- Ensuring the effective operation and monitoring of daily business in AML related concerns including escalation of issues to the Local MLRO/D-MLRO for final decision
- Providing advice in AML related matters to relevant stakeholders
- Representing the Local (D)MLRO in AML related meetings, committees, projects e.g. as AML Subject Matter Expert or bank wide projects where appropriate
- Collaborate with authorities and auditors
- Managing and liaising requests and fulfilling ad hoc requests and/or orders received from regulatory, law enforcement agencies and/or external auditors in a timely manner.
- Interpret, and apply regulatory changes and developments by supporting the AFC Governance and Strategy Team
- Assess the impact of these regulations on the organization’s anti-financial crime framework, policies, and procedures.
